Booking

Full amount must be paid upfront to secure your booking. Any additional outstanding fees that may not have been confirmed prior to booking (additional equipment rental etc) will be due within 7 days of your booking date.

Cancellations/Changes

Cancellations or postponements must be made at least 48 hours prior to shoot date. Any cancellations or postponements made within 48 hours will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations or no shows on the day will forfeit the full amount.

Weather

Sade Studio may suggest what times of the day might be best for your lighiting requirements, however we do not take responsibility or give refunds for undesirable weather resulting in a different look than you set out to achieve. Please follow the cancellation & changes policy above if you are concerned about weather affecting your photoshoot on the day.

Late Arrivals

There will be no refunds/partial refunds for late arrivals resulting in lost time during your session. Please make yourself aware of the location and travel time prior to leaving.

Paper Roll Backdrops

If you would like to use the coloured paper rolls rolled all the way out onto the floor and have the models stand on them - they are $60 per colour for 2m & 2m wastage, $30 per meter after that. This is additional to your hire fee.

Bump in/out

Your booking time includes bump in and bump out. For example if you book from 9am to 11am, arrival on site is 9am and everything must be wrapped up and packed away by 11am. Please be aware of this when booking your session time as you may need to account for extra time for setup and pack-up.

Cleaning

The studio is expected to be returned in the same shape it is found. When possible, please take shoes off when walking on the white floor. If the studio is left in a messy condition after your booking there will be a $100 cleaning fee applied.

Rubbish

There are three bins within the studio. All rubbish to be put in large bins, within the black caged area, which is opposite the studio.

Damage

If any damage happens during your shoot let our staff know immediately - If there is no studio manager available on site, please call 0466 619 911. Restoration fees will apply according to the extent of the damage.
